The Social Shot is a mobile bartending-robot that computes personality-profiles based on datasets acquired through Facebook and uses them to mix individualized drinks. Every active Facebook user can log in on the terminal. The bot then immediately begins to process the data. An algorithm developed at the University of Cambridge allows the computation of an individual personality analysis through the user’s Facebook likes.

The graphic translation of datasets into a colorful drinkable diagram allows an unusual glimpse at the value and significance of our personal data.

The idea behind Alumen lies in rethinking well established desk lamps. The use of the cable in the adjustment mechanics allows for a dismissal of multiple components, reducing the appearance of Alumen to the utmost. One rotational spring (that functions as a rotation axis as well) keeps the whole construction in position, with the cable being pulled and serving a new purpose. Leaving the lamp to be moved into even extreme positions, with just the slight of a hand.

The concept of Nod Light is based on intuitive ways of interaction: The brightness can be dimmed continuously by lifting or lowering the shade. Nod will shine brightest at its highest point, while lowering its shade will dim down the light. All functions are simplified into one intuitive action, leaving the task light to be void of any buttons or sliders.

The aluminium body contains all electronic components like the transformer in order to keep the power plug clean and the overall appearance subtle. a sturdy posture while showing a visible contrast to the delicate shade that is seemingly balancing on an angular top.

The world’s first folding chair that allows for active and dynamic sitting. DFC features a mechanism with unique properties,

offering an enormous variety of sitting positions in one continuous motion. DFC encourages the body’s natural need to move freely by adapting to any posture solely by weight displacement. The lightweight chair folds easily – reducing the required space to a minimum and enabling quick transport and efficient storage. As a result DFC functions as a highly adaptable chair that brings a sense of flexibility and spontaneity into contemporary environments.

Soft Light is a soft and flexible lamp made of foamed polyurethane. The lamp is not designed  for any place in particular, instead it may be used where it is needed.

Due to its unusual material properties and ductility, it functions as a crevice filling lamp that can be placed between two objects or an object and a wall.

Emitting a warm and tangible glow, its surface invites to touching and literally feeling light. You can take it into your bed for late night reading, even lie on it like on a pillow. Its curvy fluent shape provokes an organic and familiar appearance for the thoroughly synthetic and industrialized elastomeric material. As a result Soft Light is a lamp which is extremely flexible in use without having a technical appearance.
